全自動鋁框折彎機是用于制作槽鋁式中空玻璃專用設備，取代于原有傳統制作工藝，即鋁框四邊插腳式組裝方式。此設備可一次性完成一根鋁條制作多種凸多邊形鋁框，從而增強鋁框強度，使得中空玻璃密封效果更好，壽命更長。
主要性能特點：
除啟停操作外，所有操作均觸摸屏上完成。全中文操作界面，操作方便，自然，簡單易懂。
可以設定4種規格，32種尺寸（每種規格各8種）的玻璃原片尺寸數據，每種尺寸鋁框一次連續加工數量可設定為9999件。設備按照每種尺寸自動計算鋁框數據，進行排序，連續加工，效率速度大幅提高。
